Shipping and Handling

When will my order ship?

Our skincare is made in small batches and is always guaranteed to be shipped fresh to you.

Please allow us up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our Sydney base.

How long does shipping take?

Currently there are often significant delays across all freight carriers, which may affect the delivery time of your purchase. Please be patient and keep an eye on your tracking number that is emailed to you once your order is despatched.

Delivery time depends on your distance from our Sydney base (2106) and which shipping carrier is used. Your shipping address provided must be safe and secure as your parcel will be safe dropped if you are not home. If you prefer your parcel not to be safe dropped, then please advise us in checkout so we can arrange registered post delivery for you.

We currently offer 2 shipping options of Express Post (1-4 business days) or Standard: Sendle Couriers (2-8 business days). Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.

You can keep updated on your parcel's location by checking your tracking number - which we send to you via email once your order ships.

Given the current backlog of shipping delays across all carriers, you may experience even longer shipping times during holiday periods, so please ensure to order a little earlier than usual.

I haven't received my order, help!

Don't panic! - The first thing you need to do is check your tracking which was emailed to you. If the tracking status states it is still in transit, please allow more time for your order to arrive.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days or your tracking states it has been delivered but you do not have your order please send us an email at

My order arrived damaged!

While we do our best to package your items for safe transit, unfortunately we cannot control how your package is handled when it has left our Sydney base.

If your order has arrived and an item is damaged please do not discard the packaging it was sent in or product.

Please send us an email with your order number with a photo and description of the damage. We will get back to you with next steps. 

Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

If your product is found to be damaged, incorrect or genuinely faulty upon opening or using, we will gladly offer you a full product replacement. Please email us a photo of the concern if possible and contact us within 14 days of delivery for us to authorise a replacement.

If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your purchase in any way, please email us directly at - we are always happy to look after you!

If you are unsure what product might be right for your skin type, we highly recommend beginning with our 'NSA Samples' before purchasing full sizes.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, items on sale, gift cards, samples or custom/special orders.

Is NSA Australian made and owned?

Yes, the complete range of NSA skincare products is Australian owned and made on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, NSW.

Are NSA products all natural and organic?

Yes, all NSA skincare products contain all natural ingredients, many are of organic origin where possible.

Does NSA contain Australian ingredients?

Absolutely! The majority of our ingredients are of Australian origin where possible. Additional ingredients that we require that are not of Australian origin are sourced only from Australian suppliers.

Are NSA products cruelty-free and vegan?

All our products are cruelty free.
The majority of our skincare products are vegan-friendly also.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, you can purchase NSA Samples to try before purchasing full size products. Highly recommmended to ensure you find the right products for your skin type.

I have dry skin. What range should I consider?

Our 'Nourish' and 'Glow' range contain the most compatible products for this skin type.

I have oily/combination skin. What range can I use?

Our 'Balance' range is formulated specifically to address the needs of this skin type whilst you can also find suitable products in our 'Glow' Range.

My skin is sensitive. Can I use your products.

Our 'Restore' range is formulated for sensitive skin types. Depending on your level of sensitivity, we encourage you to try our NSA samples first, to see if they are compatible for your skin.

Are NSA products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes, all our products are safe for expecting and new mums. Our essential oil blends are also safe to use on your skin, with a Natural scent option available if you prefer.

Are your products fragrance free?

Many of our products have a 'Natural' scent option, which is fragrance free and offers a gentle neutral aroma. For those that love Essential oils, we have many amazing scent blend options also available.

Are any of your products suitable for teenage skin?

Yes! We recommend using a simple light and minimal fuss skincare routine for them. Our 'Balance' and 'Glow' range have suitable options - please email us for recommendations.

Are your products suitable for male skin?

Absolutely! Our core skincare ranges are suitable for everyone to use to fulfil their basic skin needs of cleansing, hydrating and calming.

Can your products help with blackheads?

Yes, we recommend any of our Natural Clay Masks in conjunction with our Glow Gentle Face Polish to help visibly reduce blackheads by deeply purifying and redefining the skin's texture, These help to remove oil buildup, and exfoliate debris and dead cells that contribute to blackheads.
