If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 7 days for a full product replacement. 

Natural Skin Care Australia reserves the right to inspect the faulty product for genuine claims. If you have a change of mind and would like to return product that is not faulty, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase.
