Our sugar crystals are slightly ground to enable a softer skin application.

Gently stir your jar before each use, as a little oil separation may occur.

Always use a dry spoon or fingers to scoop out the amount you wish to use and pop aside in a small bowl.

Use once or twice a week. Apply small amounts in circular motions to arms, legs, torso, feet (avoid sensitive areas), then rinse off or soak in a warm bath.

Choose your level of exfoliation!

Massage gently into dry skin before showering or sinking into a warm bath. A dry application really works into the skin for maximum skin exfoliation.

Massage gently over damp skin at the beginning or end of your shower. This application works best for more delicate or sensitive skin types for a slightly softer feel exfoliation.

Use as a bath soak - simply add a handful to a warm running bath.

If you have open cuts or wounds, slight stinging may occur due to the sea salts, which also help to heal.

Do not apply to the face. Avoid using over broken, irritated, sunburnt, inflamed or damaged skin or where there is active blemishes on the skin.

TOP TIPS
*Pop some scrub on a foot paddle to really work into scaly dry heels and feet areas.
*Avoid getting water in your body scrub jar by scooping out what you wish to use into a small bowl before getting in the shower. Ensure you keep your bowl away from the water as well!
