Raw native botanicals, sea salt and raw sugar gently peel away old layers of skin and surface debris to reveal a softer freshness and smoother skin texture, allowing better penetration and performance when moisturising.

Improves the appearance of hardened and calloused skin cells such as around the heels helping to prevent common occurrences of chapped, cracked skin areas that can leave feet feeling sore and tender and feeling like sandpaper.

EXFOLIANTS:
Australian Sea Salt – Rich in minerals that help to boost circulation, cleanse and purify the skin. Encourages healthy skin tissue repair and renewal and detoxifying your skin of what it doesn't need.

Australian Raw Sugar – A natural source of glycolic acid (an alpha hydroxy acid) that dissolves and polish away dead skin cells from the skin’s outer layer, boosting cellular turnover and creating a softer and smoother texture.

Australian Native Lemon Tree Dried Leaf – Finely ground native Lemon Tea Tree leaves smell amazing and help to cleanse, purify and gently exfoliate. With a mild antibacterial action, they help to remove impurities and flaky skin.

HYDRATORS:
Coconut Oil – ACO Fair Trade - has the ability to deeply penetrate the skin and bond with proteins to give your skin a boost of long lasting moisture. Naturally antibacterial, antifungal anti-inflammatory, loaded with valuable antioxidants, fatty acids and vitamins, this oil is truly amazing for the skin.

Australian Apricot Kernel Oil – With skin restorative, protective and nourishment benefits for the skin, rich in essential fatty acids, Vitamins A and E, it is readily absorbed by the skin.

Always use a dry spoon or fingers to scoop out the amount you wish to use and pop aside in a small bowl.

Choose your level of exfoliation!

Massage gently into dry feet before showering or sinking into a warm bath. A dry application really works into the feet for maximum skin exfoliation. Apply with a foot paddle or pumice for enhanced results.
OR
Soak feet in a foot bath/pedispa to soften the skin or apply towards the end of your shower. Massage the scrub gently over all areas. This application works best for more delicate or sensitive skin types or those that have a lot of dead skin layers to remove. Apply with a foot paddle or pumice for enhanced results.

Begin using daily or every second day initially if needed to really work into layers of built up hardened skin, then revert to once or twice a week. Apply in circular motions to feet, paying attention to heels and calloused areas, avoiding sensitive or areas of broken skin.
If you have open cuts or wounds, slight stinging may occur due to the sea salts, which also help to heal.

Do not apply to the face. Avoid using over broken, irritated, sunburnt, inflamed or damaged skin or where there are active blemishes/wounds.

TOP TIPS
*Doubles for use as a bath soak - simply add a handful to a warm running bath.
*Avoid getting water in your foot scrub jar by scooping out what you wish to use into a small bowl before getting in the shower. Ensure you keep your bowl away from the water as well!
